Is Undertale ok for a Kid/Teen

I have seen many reviews of the game, and how good it is. I watched one video of it, and fell in love. However, I am worried that the game isn't friendly towards younger audiences. I would love to have it, cause I really want to know what happens to the characters i fell in love with. Would someone inform me if this is kid-friendly, or the most vulger game in the world. -A Teen Gamer

It's a kid zooming in on you while making a distorted creepy face and loud sounds plus flashing red background.

Bruh it's for kids they can handle a few swears that actually don't contain the f bomb
Damn and crap are the worse and they're said once or twice in the entire game.
And the fact that you consider this game for teens makes me cringe it's for all ages

Its scary, not gratuitous. There's no gore or blood or anything, so while I wouldn't recommend showing it to sensitive young children, I think anyone who can watch the likes of Nightmare before Christmas will be just fine.

i played this game with my lil bro and my two lil sisters the only thing i think was bad (for kids anyway) was they gay stuff like alphes and undyne and the two guards. when they asked about it i just said "you dont need to know what that is"

That, and well, genocide route is pretty dark. There's no two ways about it, you're pretty much a mass murderer.

I'd say this game wavers somewhere between an E10 and T rating. It has a few things that might push it over E10, but it's not really graphic at all and everyone's just a sprite, so...yeah.

There is... creepyness near the end of the genocide run, before and after sans.
If you kill undyne in general, she kinda "melts"

teen is perfectly fine. Kid, however, I would highly recommend adult supervison. There is some creepy stuff in the Neutral and Genocide, and Pacifist is mainly happy. There is violence and mild pg grade language, so be careful

As a person with intense stress problems and fearing alot of things this game didnt scare me what so ever, the jumpscare isnt even at the fnaf 4 level (which is still weak) so i'd say its not bad if anything when a certain charicter did somthing i cried for a min but not from sadness. its a good game with some creepy stuff if you look into it. but not that scary, buy it. is good
