will i see toriel again?

i spared toriel and after that i continued with the game and i keep trying to call her but she wont pick up :(
and i was wondering if i get to see her again.

By logic, she is alive so yes. You can see her again.

yes, you see her again after you clear all the friendship quests which opens after you complete the game the first time. You'll understand better when you get there, Papyrus and Undyne's friendship quests can be done before completing the game first time but Alphys requires completing the game once.

if you go pacifist all the way she will show up eventually. Btw she has a GOOD reason to not be calling you. Would tell you but you be barking up the wrong tree.

If you get to do the piano quest, keep the dog in your inventory and try calling her.

mmm, going to the good old artifact and phoning toriel from there will show you the right tree to bark up, artifact still needs to be present.
