What do I do after I defeat Omega Flowey?

Backtrack until you get to the entry of Core (after MTT Resort). Undyne will call you saying she needs help to deliver a letter to doctor Alphys. After the phone call get to Papyrus's house in Snowdin and talk to Undyne. She will give you a letter and you will need to head to Hotland to her laboratory where you can give her the letter by sliding it under the door. Alphys will open the door and a date with her will commence. Also one thing to remember: if you ever try to do a Genocide Route, you're going to have a bad time.

This. If you are not familiar with RPG's extra stuff. Reloading a completed game often loads you to the last save point before final boss. Going back to the final boss wouldn't change anything.

You will have to befriend Alphys by giving her the letter and having a date with her. After that go back to the barrier area to fight Asgore. The game will proceed to final battle with Asriel.

You don't need to delete your save... you just go back to Undyne house and talk to her...
