I can't get the letter from undyne?
Basically, I'm trying to get the pacifist ending, and I spared mettaton and all.
But now I can't get the letter from undyne to do the date with alphys!
is there a reason, and can I recover this run?

It sounds like either you haven't befriended Papyrus and/or Undyne, or you need to complete a neutral run first.

You have to beat neutral once after EVERY time you True Reset (beat Genocide or Pacifist).

So you need to fight Asgore and Flowey again.

You know you can just reload your SAVE and backtrack after you beat Flowey. . . you don't have to reset and play through the entire game again to get True Pacifist?
