I recommend resetting entirely and doing a True Pacifist Route (new dialogue as well as fun) You'd have to make sure that you never use "Fight" Once, go on a date with Papyrus, throw water on Undyne, go back to her house for the cooking date, then continue on until after Mettaton EX and THEN walk back to the MTT Hotel, you'll get a phone call from Undyne about delivering a letter to Alphys. You do all that, then you'll get access to the TRUE LAB, go through that and pretty much congratulations, True Pacifist Ending

You don't have to restart unless you have exp, based on what you've said. Perhaps you should visit them, and keep trying to visit the major characters as various stuff happens. I can give a more direct answer but really you have enough info to get started.

Edit: Only restart if you want to. You do not have to. You have to restart to get any further if you have exp though.

If you did pour water on Undyne then go back to her house in Waterfall and just have the date, then go to the hotel near the CORE where you'll get a phone call about the letter

If you do the Undyne date post-Photoshop Flowey, then she just hands the letter to you directly. The phone call near the CORE only occurs if you had done the Undyne date before Photoshop Flowey.

Doesn't it? I love how it's definitive enough to give closure but opened-ended enough to let the player imagine how some things are resolved, specifically where the player lives, whether they are ambassador, and whether they think Asgore and Toriel will end up back together.

It's amazing how many things he did *just* right.

I'm in a similar position :S i wanted to ask, is the complet restart worth it? I think i don't need it, because i don't have any exp, but it's the extra dialog and such good? Can i just get the true pacifist ending now and then redo stuff to see more? Just to get more enjoying out of the game.

No. If you want to, I can explain why if you want me to, but you will have to do 2 more full runs before seeing the xtra dialogue.

Just let everyone have their happy ending or mercilessly reset and slaughter them.

Can you explain it without spoilers?

That depends. There will be minor spoilers, but nothing to completely ruin the game for you.

The extra bits of character banter are cool and all, but none of them are worth completely replaying through the game for.
