Someone explain file0

Can someone please explain the values in file0, and where flags such as [5] and [7] are. I've seen 2 different answers, some saying it's line 5, another says line 5 is your attack, another says it's line 36. Where do the flags start? The wiki doesn't help.

here is the deal, different lines represent different aspects of the profile. I have a list of the ones I have found to work.
Line 1: Name of character
2: LOVE
3: Health Left
4: Total Health
11: $$$ amount
13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, and 27 are inventory slots. certain numbers 1-64 give you certain items.
29: Weapon equipped
30: Armor Equipped
36: Fun value (look it up. this is what they mean when you have to change it)
548: Room saved in (second to last line)
549: Time Played (last line)

Line 2: LV
Line 3: HP you have
Line 4: Max HP you can have
Line 5: ATK
Line 6: ATK your weapon gives you
Line 7: DEF
Line 8: DEF your armor gives you
Line 10: XP
Line 11: G (Gold)
Line 12: Kill amount
Line 29: Weapon
Line 30: Armor
Line 31: Flag
Line 547: Song Playing
Line 548: Current Room
Line 549: In-Game Time

It's not, also fun fact: if you go to route-specific rooms, it switches your route no matter what you previously did. (A.K.A. going to the True Lab in genocide makes it immediately pacifist)

i just changed line 14 which had papyruses phone call number into 32 so now it gives me dog residue... please tell me a code that is papyruses phone number
