"It's So Cold" is just a distorted version of the main Tundra theme "Snowy"
The theme that plays in the Ruins plays again, but slower, at Waterfall and again in Undyne's battle theme, "Spear of Justice".
Muffet, Napstablook and Angry Dummy all use part of the same theme int heir boss fights.
I'm not as sure on this one, but I believe "Metal Crusher" (theme that plays durring the first encounter with Mettaton) plays gain within "Death By Glamour" (theme for Mettaton EX fight)
Toriel's battle theme, "Heartbreak", is also in "ASGORE" alongside the previously mentioned "Determination" track.
"Your Best Nightmare", the neutral ending boss theme, is a mix of "You Idiot" and "Your Best Friend". Likewise, the True Pacifist boss themes, "Hopes and Dreams" and "SAVE the World", contain the Untertale main theme and "Your Best Friend".
And most of the additional creepy music in a Genocide run is slowed down tracks from the main soundtrack. For example "But No One Came" is "Your Best Friend" slowed down to a groaning crawl.
List of all the leitmotifs he can find.
Home - Home (Music Box) - Hotel - Can You Really Call This a Hotel - Death by Glamour (Sax) - Live Report - Death Report - Reunited - Once Upon a Time - Menu
^Yes, that theme really is used a lot.
Oh! One True Love - Oh! Dungeon - For The Fans
Shop - Dating Themes (These might also be related to the home themes)
Ruins - Respite - Don't Give Up - An Ending - Waterfall - Quiet Water - Battle Against a True Hero
Ghost Fight - Dummy - Pathetic House - Spider Dance
Dog Song - Temmie Shop - Enemy Approaching
Heartache - Asgore
^Way better. I didn't even realize a couple of those.
As I said earlier, most of the songs seem to branch off the Home / Title Theme. There's only a small handful that are completely unique (the ones in the corners of that image not attached to anything else but themselves, such as Alphys and Ghost Fight)
