Oh god, poor Flowey... (SPOILERS)

I just saw Flowey's death in the Genocide run and...

Oh god that's both sad and disturbing...

I mean, I know sans' death is sad but this was... Brutal.

You flat out murder Asriel...

Really? You're sad by HIS death? He's the most annoying character in the game, the true character that deserved to die, yet you mourn his death? What about Toriel or Papyrus?

I found those deaths sad too, all deaths in this game are sad.

Its just something about this one that was just painful to watch I guess.

Mainly because you had no control at that point.

Still, he doesn't really deserve to live, whatever reason he had for turning evil, he embraced it. I say good riddance.

F-ing hell...seeing Asriel/Flowey from a emotionless flower and watching you killing everything to regain his fear in gens run and beg you to stop, knowing you're the only friend he ever have... This scene reky my feeling harder than pacifist ending... you just murder a kid, your friend and sibling in cold blood if you say you don't feel anything I don't know what to say, I almost cried just looking at someone spoiler on word only and I am not even gonna play gens run myself

character start to hit him again and again... I just had screamed.
Not a big loud one... but a tiny and restrain one...
like when you see something horrible and all you can do is watching...

Yes, he is a bastard...
but he wanted so much to be with you...
and he beg you...
and he cried...
and that was so violent and horrible.

I'm not sure Flowey's death is the most cruel. Just consider this:

a) You murdered Toriel, which is a like MOTHER to you. This is more heartbreaking if it's a betrayal kill.

b) You murdered Asgore, which is like a FATHER to you.

What's worse than Flowey's death is that even though Flowey was evil, we know it (he ?) was made that way. Toriel and Asgore, on the other hand, aren't evil at all: Asgore wants to kill you, but that is justifiable considering he doesn't know who you are, and that he needs to gather human souls. Toriel's death is more horrible yet, considering she only cared about you.

I guess you're right, but then I only got spoiled about that part, I don't know how other's ended up in gens run (well...they all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ die I know that), It's just Asriel is the character I care the most based on my pacifist only experience, I guess I am just a big sucker for any friendship drama :/

We aren't talking about cruel as in if the character relatiois good and justified etc. Its the way you kill them... and the moment. Thats why betrayal kills are cruel too. But here... you kill after a plead.... and then adding insult to injury just do it again. And again.. and again...

If you did this to any other boss it would be even more cruel. But they saved the most cruel way at the one you actually wished dead when you started.and that after all the other betrayal and feel bad deaths.... i think it worked fine as they did.

Pretty much what these two said. In the Genocide run, you only really kill people because you want to (not sure if thats a good way of saying it) Flowey however, you kill out of personal hatred.

Chara pretty much hates Asriel/Flowey due to him not keeping his promise on both taking their (dead) body to the village to rest and not killing the humans when they came to attack even though they had the power to, especially considering that Asriel says in the VHS tapes that he "will help Chara with the plan" and "Won't doubt them with said plan".

Hopefully what I said made sense.
