Fighting requirements (Spoilers...?)
Do you only fight Sans at Lv 19?

You can only fight Sans if you have done a genocide run up to that point.

If you're farming for monsters until they die out (and it's a requirement for fighting Sans), then I believe you'll always end up with level 19.

Another question, I heard of an enemy called Glyde, can you farm him to gain more exp?

You have to kill everything, including grinding in all areas (as in the four major areas, not as in rooms) until no one shows up anymore. When that happens you'll still get encounters, but with the message "But nobody came...", so then you know you're done. Also, after the Ruins the save points will show how many more enemies you have to kill and show "Determination." when you've killed everything in the area.

You can fight Glyde multiple times (tested it myself) however once you defeat Papyrus he wont appear anymore.

I don't think so...
anyways you will finish with level 19 anyways...
And for the genocide, this is the number of monsters which make you able to move
to the area.

Even if you grind up to level 19 you wont be able to fight sans unless you have done a genocide run up to that point.
