It's technically not a "mod" generator. It's an engine that's used to create UT-like games. So you can't actually put some pics and it'll automatically gonna work, it requires some Lua knowledge too.

Still, it's not a mod to the original Undertale game. It uses a different engine (Lua, I presume) which can be modded (wowie!) to suit our edgy needs.

The best thread name I could come up with is "Wanna make edgy Undertale fan games? Try Unitale! A moddable Undertale Engine written in Lua!"
