In the community, why do people love mettaton leg?
That's like the easiest way to make someone have a foot fetish, which is disgusting for someone to lick a humanoid robot legs.

Cause they like legs?
Can't really give any better reason than that unless you want to go more in-depth of every reason they like it.

I like it (not in a fetish way) cause it looks rather unique.

I think you're approaching it the wrong way. It's more like because Mettaton is "sexy". Which includes his legs.

I know, but what's the purpose of his legs? It's just a metal leg that was built for mettaton to walk.

Also it's kind of the reaction from the fandom that Mettaton wants, the attention, the showbiz! The Bloodshed! It add to the fun of the character,

I think its because it seems to be a little gag in the game.

He attacks you with his legs and heels...
When you type in legg in the essay, and you got a legendary food thingy in inventory it changed the the name to legg.
And his most famous quote "who needs arms with leggs like these!?"

And seeing how he can ride on one wheel and even fly with rockets (he does this a couple of times) the legs were not needed perse to walk on, it was purely made because he probably thought human legs were sexy. He also poses the most imposibble poses with it.

True, but the fandom is too difficult to communicate expect for steam forums that i love communicating with. I accidently saw artwork of mettaton [foot fetish] feet by an artist. It looks like realistic feet.
