A few hours if you don't talk to anyone and speed through the text. It also depends on which route you take.

It should take you an afternoon to beat Undertale. Not a very long game, but long enough for the price.

The genocide run took me 6 hours. No joke. I didn't even die once until I got to Sans.
Neutral takes me around 3.

One run is around 8 hours. With a minimum of two playthroughs for pacifist and genocide. But you'll play more if you want to try and see everything.

Neutral can vary heavily, depending on whether you're rushing or attemping to see everything, but it's unlikely to be more than a blind pacifist run, which is about 2 hours of extra content.

Genocide is impossible without some kind of guide, and probably only takes 4 or 5 to get to the last area, assuming you don't get stuck on spoilers.

I've seen about 5 people streaming blind pacifist, and usually it's 6-9 hours.

Honestly (basing this on the pacifist route) it can go quickly or take a long time, depending on many things. Your dodging skills, your exploration, going back to try and do things differently, etc. This game could easily take over 24 hours depending on just how long you pet the dog (and I advise you pet the dog lots).
