Step 3: Keep sparing until the heart is red and she throws a spear at you.
Step 4: Flee and run until she catches you.
Step 5: Repeat Step 4 & 5 until you reach Hotland.
Step 6: She will pass out and you get her water.
Step 7: She runs away.
