Where to get Instant Noodles?
I was needing help with the sans fight and people kept saying the instant noodles were good, but where do I find them? thanks!

Is it possible to go back to the lab after I get to the true hall? Which elevator do I take?

Yes, you can backtrack. Take the Hotland elevator to Left Floor 1. The Instant Noodles are in Alphys's Lab's fridge. The Burnt Pan is in an area shortly after Alphys's Lab. Exit the lab via the right door. Go up, right, down.
