Cant trigger Undyne Cooking Lesson

When I did my first attepmet at a pacifist run, I did everything right, exept triggering this scene after the fight with undyne, which caused me to fail the run and restart. On my seconed run I got the Papyrus phonecall that shows your doing it right but after a dump water on undyne then fast travel over to undynes house and Papyrus is not there, i tired doing it without fast travel but still did not work. Someone please help.

Did you hang with Papyrus?

To cook with Undyne, you need to have the following

1) No EXP, 1 LV

2) Date/Hang Out with Papyrus

3) Spare Undyne and make sure she doesn't Dehydrate in hotland in her armor.

If you failed to do any of those, you won't be able to cook with her.
