3D Segment in the trailer?!

Even after having beaten the game twice, it wasn't until now that I saw the trailer for Undertale when I visited the store page again. Near the end, there's footage of what appears to be a trippy, unfinished 3D segment of Toriel being thrown at blocks, while a weird speech box with Toriel being portrayed by a real goat is talking about being disappointed.

Is this actually in the game, or is this just created for the trailer? I really want to know the context of that, because it looks freaking amazing.
