12 damage a hit? What're you still wearing the bandage or something? o.O. Sounds like you need to actually use the RPG mechanics of the game. Undyne the Undying is one of the fights in the game that needs you to use those mechanics as much as possible. Also not to walk right into the pointy bits man XD. Only teasing, but yeah gotta learn how to dodge man.

i was using ballet shoes+tutu, everything is pretty fine until the yellow pointy bits come in, or the spears that spawn in a circle stationary and move towards you. those spears eventually spawn so fast they start spawning on top of me, unable to dodge.

Change the Tutu for the glasses, possibly the shoes for the notebook too. Quaff some Sea Tea the first chance you get for the speed bonus. Its how I did it, took four attempts but the equipment change worked well for me.

the way I take on the spears that spin around you then close in is to slow down, rather than speed up, they are easier to by-pass when they are spinning slower but I still occassionally get hit using this method. It's better than the feck I needa get outta here fast method IMO.
