[MINOR SPOILERS] Successfuly managing to name yourself Gaster? [MINOR SPOILERS]

First of all, I put minor spoilers in the title because, well... I don't expect even half the community to know who he is, but those who do know, probably also know that it's impossible to name yourself "Gaster", and if you try to do it, your game resets.
I found this image that someone linked on the game's wiki:

It looks pretty fake to me, I say this in a sense that -
1) We already know Gaster is a HUGE deal, and chances are that if you ever did manage to name yourself it, it would have a more important message than just "Jump off and join the fun" in toggling capital letters.
2) I would imagine that if you ever did manage to name yourself Gaster, it would either have a message in windigs, or no message at all.

How ever, there is one thing that does kind of make me interested in this image, and that's the way the game is named at the top of the window.
So according to many many much more smart people than me, who actually own the game, supposedly, the game's name (ontop of window in windowed mode) can change from "Undertale" to different things during different events or situations: Iunno about you guys, but alongside believing this image is fake, I also believe that if you were did manage to name yourself Gaster without using cheat engine or crashing or what ever, It'd change the game's name in a similar fashion :o

Said smarter people, please do just respond with "lol fake" or "omg call obama we've found something amazing".

Another thing that kind of makes me feel that this is fake is:
1) No one would ever try inputting the same name over and over again for 3 hours
2) He claims that "Some guy" (not him) did this, but the image is obviously a screenshot and it's of a personal desktop instead of like a twitch stream or something.

Fake or not, it's possible to name yourself Gaster with the help of a Cheat Engine. I did this, however, it didn't seem to have any effect whatsoever.
