Can you stay with Toriel?

You can stay with Toriel by never leaving her house in the ruins. The secret ending is that you become a statue and never move or speak again and Toriel out of shock does the same thing.

All I can say is beat the game on true pacifist and see.

You could quit the game at toriels house and never play again.

Real Answer : Once you finish the game in the Pacifist route, you will have the option of doing it.

Realer Answer : HARD MODE. SORTA. :P

I actually tried quitting the game as soon as I got into bed after receiving a final warning from Toriel, and instead of just closing, I got an error screen and it took a bit. It was most likely just a glitch, but I thought it was interesting so why not.

If you enter the fight with Toriel, and the flee as the first option, you'll find a little cool secret if you go upstairs and then to bed.
