when I want to play with bigger screen while keeping windowed mode, I use Windows Magnifier function (windows key + plus sign). Just set it to zoom with round numbers (either 50 or 100% steps). It's not IDEAL but it's the best next thing rather than using full screen in older titles that would mess up your desktop icons. Try it, there's some options for where to focus (mouse pointer, keyboard location). I point at the center of the game screen and zoom in.

Thanks man, im loving the game thus far and i want to see it easily while doing voices with my freind over skype with sharing screens.

yeah unfortunately there's no way to do it with the game settings, as that was an issue with game maker. so unless you do what majin said or you make it fullscreen, there's no real way to increase it
