Flowey's Ring of "Friendliness Pellets"?

I know you'll get special dialogue for running into the ring of Omega Flowey's bullets and special dialogue for dodging Flowey's "friendliness pellets" at the beginning of the game but...

What about running into the ring of bullets Flowey makes in your first encounter with him? Does that do anything special?

I believe it just makes what happens normally, occur slightly faster.

Edit: Pretty sure the hp amount is irrelevant to his question.

Your HP will just drop to 1 and that is all. Toriel will heal you after a while.

You get healed the moment you touch the second ring of bullets. Coincidence? I think not...

Actually somthing funny did happen, as I have 2 computers I tested this out.

After dodging them all the first time, he tells you to try again. After dodging again he accuses you of knowing what is going on here and then attempts to murder you.

That's not what I was referring to. I've already done that. I was just upset nothing happens when you run into his pellets that surround you when he tries to murder you.
