Flower puzzle help?

Ok I might be really dumb or something be I can't figure out how to solve the water flower puzzle?? The one in the second room you see them with the bell to reset the puzzle

Yeah its a little trick this one, I was looking for how to do it it too but I figured it out finally.

not going to lie had problems with that one myself you need to put them in from the bridge you will figure out where
