How to get to the true lab ? *spoilers*

So, my friends informed me about the true lab and i don't understand how to get there. I finished with mettaton, alphy's ran away from me already after telling me about the king, and i started back tracking but i've back tracked my way to snowdin and nothing has happened? Did i do something wrong? they said udyne was supposed to call me but she never did :c ( i befriended her yes )

So could anyone explain how to get there ( please be clear ) ?

1. You need to have not killed anything on your current playthrough.
2. You need to have beat omega flowey at least once beforehand.
3. You need to have dated Papyrus and Undyne.
4. Once you fulfill all those requirements you should get a call at the hotel.

if you never finished the game once, you should do that before being able to get that phone call. Though, it's too bad you had to find out about this before even finishing the game for yourself once. I'm happy to have played the game blind until I got the best ending.

Once you do though you can just reload your save and do the required content, no need to start a brand new playthrough.

The doors remain shut until you do a specific favor for someone. Beat the game doing everything I said before, reload your save, and you'll get a phonecall at the hotel if you did everything right.

I have fulfilled all of these requirements, except I have recieved no call at or from MTT Resort or Snowed Inn. The doors to the normal Lab are open but the door to the True Lab is locked and there is no note.
Do I need to do any of these things before gaining access to the True Lab?-
1. Defeat Mettaton Ex
2. Possess Dog Residue or Dog Salad
3. Have a certain "fun" variable amount
4. Own a specific amount of anything in-game
5. Have played through True Pacifist at least once
6. Have killed Omega Flowey beforehand'
EDIT- 7. Have dated Alphys (I know how to activate it

So you don't need Dog residue or salad. I am not sure about a specific fun but i think its no. This is how get True Pacifist. and just walk out of the core and you should have Undyne call you to diliver a letter to Aphly. so yea. and you don't need anything to activate the call.
