Undertale

Is it possible to do Pacifist run on your 1st run?
Still playing this right now but just want to know if its possible to get the true run your first time playing it.

Read the wikis and said that its locked and will only get the neutral run on your first play through of the game.

Just want a clear answer if you can or cannot get pacifist run first time playing it.

You can, but neutral ending needs to happen first (by killing nothing). After that has happened, you load the game and continue from there.

Instructions how to do so (contains spoilers):

1. Kill nothing
2. Befriend Papyrus and Undyne
3. After ending, load game and go back to motel.

I guess, but it counts toward a neutral run even if you don't kill anyone, when you start again, it's a true pacifist if you wish. At least that's what I heard. I'm not sure since I've done a normal and genocide run and now my game is tainted.

CyperAleksi is correct. As long as you don't kill anyone you can see both the neutral and true ending in one run. People will tell you you need to start over after the neutral ending, but that's incorrect.

It is recommended though, just to see new dialogue.

I guess I would recommend doing it at some point if you want to see everything, but it's mostly a lot of "You look familiar..." and "How did you know I was going to do that?" I'd definitely recommend going straight to the new true ending content after seeing the neutral ending.

on top of killing nothing, you must have also given undyne water, if you didn't do that, you have to start over. I think most people do that tho.

I never got new dialogue in the second run. I was supposed to hit "True Reset" to start the second run, correct?

You can get the True Pacifist if you befriend everyone you can get it on your first run.

Don't kill Papyrus at the end of his fight, and go on that "date" with him.
Flee from Undyne in her battle, everytime, and give her water from the cooler once you reach Hotland. Go to the cooking date with her.
And you have to befriend Alphys: Run after her all the way once she says goodbye to you at the elevator in the Core, until Undyne calls you about a letter.

I can't remember if you se the credits at the end of Nuetral, but if so, they are two different endings, yet they are also one. I consider them one, but it's most likely two.

of course it's possible. I've done it :) But make sure you do everything you can. You'll understand what I mean when you finish the game :) (kinda finish)

Not true pacifist, no.

True pacifist on first run is possible, just turn on debug mode and use wall phaser to skip portions of the game or teleport to castle front
