Where's the data.win and oggs?

I tired a pirated version of the game before buying it, and it had the data.win and .ogg files (music/sounds files) Now that I go to the steam common folder it's just an .exe, did something changed?

Another thing to mention: I also own nuclear throne which is made with game maker studio just like undertale, and for that game, it has all the .ogg, data.win, steam.api files.

Apparently you don't understand how the pirating works...
They de-compress the games files so that everything needed is there. That's usually why pirated games have so many files in the root folder.
So all those data.win and .ogg files? Tucked away neatly like a good little player should have them.

No, that's part of the pirated version. Sounds like it also had the soundtrack for free. The soundtrack costs 10$, so this is why you don't find it in the game files easilly.

No, that's part of the pirated version. Sounds like it also had the soundtrack for free. The soundtrack costs 10$, so this is why you don't find it in the game files easilly.

Why do you compare them like this?

The dev of Nuclear Throne probably didn't hide the files. If they charge for the OST, then that's an oversight on their part.

I'm pretty certain the music folder is available when you buy the soundtrack... Considering you pirated the game originally, I doubt you'd pay for it.

Guys, GUYS. There's a purchasable soundtrack, and then there's just the music files that naturally come with the game that are inside of the application.

It's worth nothing that the soundtrack actually takes up twice as many megabytes as the base game.

What? You don't get banned for the mere mention of piracy (at least not on the main forums). I should know, I've been in many discussions were piracy was mentioned, and the mods let it slide as long as nobody was going encouraging it.

They may have inturpreted your posts as advertising the fact that mods can be pirated. I'll agree that's unfair and stupid, but still.

I think the perma is a little harsh, considering I wanted to speak my opinion of what might happen.

But I was just stating something that people would do, if this stays. I wanted to get the message out that this would only cause more trouble, as many people wouldn't like tossing 5$ at a armor piece on Skyrim.
