If the final boss of the game was Flowey then you didn't get the True Pacifist ending.
Did you already beat him? If you did then just reload your save and do what he says. You won't have to fight him again.
You have to beat Flowey before you can get the pacifist ending, there's no way around it.
Hmm. I did, though? After I fought Flowey and reloaded? This is making me reconsider how many times I "actually" played through the game. Because I thought it was just one! Since I didn't start over from the very beginning in order to access the True Lab and Asriel battle stuff. So I had been counting that as a single playthrough and a single ending, rather than a Neutral followed by a True Ending.
I feel like Dogamy and Dogaressa right now. My mind has been expanded!
The neutral ending involves fighting Asgore and Flowey, then the phone call from Sans. You can't progress past it to get the true ending if you killed anyone so in some playthroughs it does serve as a "final" ending.
As far as I know the answer to that question is, unless you made a copy of your save file beforehand, no, you cannot.
For now though here's crude, minimal-spoiler flowchart that I hope will help clear some things up for people on how to obtain the different endings.

Yes, you can really die. I guess some people (like me) are just bad.
If you haven't killed anyone the whole game, you will be able to load your save after you beat Flowey to right before the Asgore fight. You can then go to this new event that has unlocked, and from there you'll be on the path to the True ending.
So to answer your question, no, you cannot. If you want the True ending and you've killed no one the whole game, you're doing everything right so far.
Stay DETERMINED.
And after all that is done and cleared... load your game and assess the situation... not all is lost, you may have just forgotten something.
