Flowey in Waterfall
Never seen any screenshots about this, but did anyone else saw Flowey in Waterfall (top left) after leaving the room with the ballet shoes?

You can catch glimpses of Flowey if you enter or leave a room. His spawn appearance is very small, but you can spam it to happen via walking back and forth through room transitions.

...from what I've heard. Don't take that as MY fact.

Yeah he does this in multiple rooms throughout the games. I've seen him like midway through Snowdin too.

I was really creeped out by this the entire game until I watched my brother play and realize it was Flowey. He was like 'was that the flower' and I was like OHHH THAT'S WHO THAT WAS. It was really scary because I'm an idiot with ADD and thought something unknown was stalking me.

In the room that Toriel leaves you in, I was tempted to stick around and see what would happen if I just sat there waiting for her. Anyways, I did some exploring and went all the way back to the other end of the room, where I saw Flowey quickly disappear into the ground. Fear gripped me and, not wanting to chance another round of Friendliness Pellets to the face, I ran for my life screaming, "GOATMOM HELP THE BAD FLOWER WANTS TO DO BAD THINGS TO ME AGAIN!"

Well... maybe not like THAT but, you know...

Where are the ballet shoes? I never found them or the ribbon and I tried looking everywhere

The ballet shoes are in a patch of grass which you cant walk through but you can interact with it and then it says there are some ballet shoes here take them? i dont remember where it was exactly but look around waterfall and you will find them just interact with a lonely patch of grass.

the only place I managed to spot him is after mettatons cooking show. after floating back down from the jetpack segment I went towards the entrance and saw him briefly

Does Flowey popping up actually do anything then or is it just kind of a "Hey, I'm here!" thing?

It's all good. Flowey only actively messes around in a genocide run, in which there is flavor text implying he is completing puzzles for you.

This actually just happened to me. After the room with the ballet shoes, I started to backtrack and right before I went back to the room with the "odd-looking telescope" I saw Flowey for a split second. Creepy. (I'm doing a genocide run btw.)

On all runs, you will have a rare chance of noticing Flowey as you traverse screens.
