The thing is, this kind of game would work less wonders on other consoles. The metagame would have to be changed a bit so that people on consoles and phones could be involved.
'Ya know, I don't understand exclusives. Why do developers do that? They lock themselves out of more profits if they didn't universally launch the game. So what's the deal?
It would have to be changed a bit, but on consoles there are ways to change it so that it still works. Mobile just sucks though shouldn't bother with that.
Ports cost time and money, exclusivity deals, they are more experienced with that platform. Plenty of reasons.
