spr_dentata (unknown mysterious sprites ?)

So I was looking in the sprites folder for Undertale(ask if you want the link)

And I found these:

What are these? Or am I just stupid and it's already in the game?

I also found other ones that were called half dentata(speaks for itself) so they were just the same thing but cut in half, maybe implying that you fight it? Idk. And also this might have to do with it but I'm not sure.

Probably a scrapped sprite that had to do with Photoshop Flowey or something

It does. Perhaps there's another shocking level like that one. Seems it would be hard to find since there's apparently nothing relevant on google search. Keywords being Undertale and dentata, I only found that twitter status.
