Looking for a specific sound

I've been going through the game's sound and music files trying to find a certain sound used in the game, but I have no idea what it's called, or where it would be placed with the other files anyway.

A couple instances off the top of my head where it's used is when your heart turns from red to yellow against Mettaton (not the turning sound), and also when Asriel transforms the first time and says his name all scary-like.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

look for .ogg files.

Yeah, I have been, I just don't know the exact file name, in the .ogg files, and I guess I skipped past it when I tried listening through them.

I'm almost positive that sound effect is not included in the files extractable from the Undertale exe file.
