Pewdiepie playing Undertale (for real this time)

I was skimming his episode one and he managed to do the most important thing someone can do in this game
Killing Toriel and attempting to fix your mistake.
Also he really seems to be enjoying himself espcially commenting on how he likes it when games break the fourth wall.
I'm going to fast forward to key moments in the game and see how he treats them.
Any ideas?

Actually I got spoiled because of titles of youtube videos. Not even comments or thumbnails and never clicked the videos. But the titles using fully spelled out NGP terminolgy on playthru vids being my experience reducing spoiler. Knocking down Undertale from Game of the Gen [so far] down to #2 GotY.

I didn't TRY looking anythign up until I beat the game. As such the only forum and comment content I saw concerning it was contextless meme spam and occasional spoiler free praise on non-UT videos by persons I watched for other content. Actually, the praise from Bespinben (piano rearrangements, mostly of PMD series) was the final piece of the puzzle in making me decide I'm getting Undertale (the comment was on one of his non-UT vids, as I was avoiding all UT dedicated content at that time). And THEN videos with spelled out NGP spoilers started showing in my feed despite not watching anythign UT related yet.

The whole backseat gaming thing was more for requesting the fanbase not spoil the broadcaster rant, a "let the let's player mess up" and not the viewers since the viewers already should be expecting spoilage to a certain degree.

P.S. never watched much of PDP before. just a few minutes of some screamfest a friend who bashed the guy (and tried to get me to avoid UT) linked. So maybe I'll give his playthru a shot tonight.

Was watching him do the Papyrus fight. He didn't know what to do so he found the method of failing to Papyrus three times and then choosing not to fight him.

Yeah I really think it's fine so far.
You see we keep blaming people like him for playing the game because it's going to 'ruin' it but the thing is... we shouldn't be blaming him. We need to blame the majority fanbase for being the annoying idiots they are. Unless the game makes them see things in a different light.

For those that didn't watch: He took game ok, i mean yeah he instantly went for pacifist knowing that it's the way to get best endging, but whatever. He actually make something that you would call "professional let's play". Problem is that i can already feel his fanbase crawling on this games back.

Honestly, I fail to see the problem with him playing the game. I'm not a fan of his but I think the negativity is unwarranted. The early comments claim that his fanbase is cancer and will ruin Undertale, but when you look at the first three pages of comments talking about fighting Pewdiepie's fans and the "NOOOO"s, the Undertale fans actually make me cringe more than the YouTube community. He did the best he could have IMO, uploading them at once to avoid spoilers was pretty smart.

TL:DR; Let him play games he wants, if you don't like it then don't watch it, and sometimes y'all are really immature.
