Orange spears with Undyne?

On that one section composed entirely of orange spears/bullets, is there a pattern? I get wiped out there every time.

you have to just "dodge" the attacks, when she makes you red again use flee and run away trough the mountains. She will follow you and attack you again, but you just have to keep fighting and fleeing when its possible. You will get to the end after 4 or 5 times fleeing.
