Building a PC To Run Undertale?

What would be the best PC specs to run this? Because this looks very intense, graphics-wise, and I want to run this on max settings,1080p, 60 FPS. Is that even possible with today's machines? I also want to run this on dual monitors.

Sorry mate, undertale is lock to 30fps and can't go higher. If it did got 60fps, the game would be 2x speed.

What you need to do first is get a pet turtle. This is completely unrelated to Undertale, you just need to get a turtle.
Then, you need to grab a Lemon.
Squeeze lemon juice onto your computer, and your monitor.
Throw them both at the window of your nearest Skyscraper.

Ta-da! You have now broken 60 window-frames in 1 second. Congratulations!

also my computer isint very good and it runs undertale VERY smoothly

Dude my rig is running TWO Titan X GPUs and I barely get 30fps. You will also need to overclock your ♥♥♥♥ to oblivion due to the extra colored pixels during boss battles. The game is about 116gb so I hope you got a good SSD.
