How to change the window size?

Just now I was playing undertale and I accidently touched the F4 button,the game changed into full screen and when I pressed F4 again to change it back I found the window smaller than before.What should I do to adjust the window size?Please help!!

Sorry,but I think you don't get it ,at first I was NOT playing with full screen,after changing it into full screen and back,the window became smaller than the size BEFORE I changed it into full screen,I don't like playing in full screen mode,but now the window size is much too small.Is there any way I can make it bigger without playing in full screen mode?

Did you try pressing F4 again? If that doesn't work then you should try quitting the game and opening it again.
