Mettaton's Cooking Show (Pop-up)?

After I jetpacked to the canned food, and got down to ground level, I walked back to the kitchen to explore what I could. When walking back into the kitchen, I saw a figure for a split second then dissapear into the ground. Now, I know that flowey pops up every now and then, in random places, but this did NOT look like flowey. From what I saw, it looked green? Or maybe blue. Please if someone else has seen this, please tell me. I want to know what it was, because it scared the piss out of me.

GREEN MEANS CLEAN

If you can't see the entrance of a room and if you get a phone call or a cutscene, you can return to the entrance of the room to see Flowey briefly. One exception to this rule is the final Echo Flower room in Waterfall.
