Can't Fight Omega Flowey again, takes me to a Neutral end?
I accidentally pressed "FIGHT" in the Omega Flowey fight after Flowey killed Asgore, I did the whole fight with Omega Flowey and I got a Neutral ending. I played on my save file twice and fought Asgore two more times, but Flowey still refused to fight me where the first time he said that the souls would probably revolt against him again and the second time he said "Let's just get this over with.". I know I messed up my Pacifist Run now, but I can't get to the Omega Flowey fight to finish it as it just makes a Neutral run. How can I fight Omega Flowey again?

Date Papyrus and befriend Undyne. Then Undyne will give you a letter. Give it to Alphys and go to her lab to find a new level. After completing it you'll get a new ending. After that ending, you can do a True Reset to fight Flowey again.

How exactly do I befriend Undyne? The last time I saw her in the run was when I gave her a cup of water to cool her down in Hotland.
You can't. Flowey knows it will not win against you due to the souls rebelling.

To get the True Ending. You need to befriend Papyrus, Undyne and then Alphys. You also need to have zero EXP. Then you can explore the True Lab, after finishing the True Lab, you will be railroaded to the True Ending.
So, I need to start my run ALL OVER AGAIN?!

Did you kill anyone? Excluding the Flowey "kill". If you didn't you can still do True Pacifist.
What if we actually just want to keep fighting Omega Flowey over and over? Do we have to play through the who game every time?

You could copy your save file when it automatically saves when he absorbs the souls and crashes the game, And then save it somewhere
Oh, this is long solved, lol.
It's because I didn't date Undyne, apparently.
this is what happened to me and im confused;
so I did the neutral ending, then I pressed reset, did a pacifist ending, but after I spare asgore, flowey just says 'lets get this over with' and then I get taken to a room with a grass patch a door; if I go in the door it just says the credits. how do I get to the pacifist parts?

Wow mega necro!

anyways
Missable Step 1: ZERO EXP this run
Missable Step 2: Give Undyne the water in Hotlands
Failing at EITHER step marked MISSABLE means you have to restart the run all the way back in the ruins.

Steps 4 onward require the step one number before to be done before they can be done. Steps 5 and onward require a neutral ending to be cleared before they show up.

Step 3: Get Papyrus phone#
Step 4: Get Undyne Phone # (must have zero EXP). If doing this post-MTT EX, you shoudl try to have an open inventory slot.

STEPS 5-8 REQUIRES A NEUTRAL CLEAR* (either current zero kill run Or a previously reset completed run)

Step 5: Get Undyne's Letter. If she isn't at her house in Waterfall, check Papyrus at Snowdin.

Step 6: Deliver the letter it to Alphys' Lab (slide under the left door at her lab).

Step 7: Something VERY OBVIOUS will be hinted. Do the VERY OBVIOUS thing. After beginning the VERY OBVIOUS thing you will be railroaded for the rest of the run until you reach the epilogue.

Step 8 (optional, but highly recommended) During the epilogue, take a victory lap around the Underground BEFORE using the door because reasons.

* changing computers or user profiles, manual deletion of save data outside of game, completion of Genocide, or completion of True Pacifist "erases" the fact you had a neutral clear (neutral clear is any ending that involves the Flowey fight).
restart the game dingus

this kinda happened to me. i was doing a pacifist run but i got omega flowey... i made sure not to kill anyone... i spent 3 hours that i could've used to do other things... :steamsad: :steamsad: :steamsad:
time to try genocide but fail for whatever reason even though i killed everyone
Omega Flowey is a req for Pacifist. HOWEVER, once you beat him once, it stays marked as "cleared" until you complete either the Pacifist OR the Geno route.

(Or change computers, or manually delte your save from outside of the game itself.)

As for Geno, it will be BLATANTLY OBVIOUS when you actually "kill everyone." It simply taking several minutes between encounters is not "BLATANTLY OBVIOUS" by the way : D

In addition certain monsters (pretty much the dogs, Chilldrake, any one-time encounter monster such as Shyren) MUST be part fo your kills and if you exhaust your kills before taking care of them, Geno run gets aborted.
