This color-tile puzzle looks really difficult and I wanted to know if anybody else knew the solution... halp?

Make sure that you have the proper equipment to complete the puzzle, now this may be difficult.
First thing you will need to acquire are the skulls of 15 young African children preferably from Southern Ghana for the best result. A good way to do this is to go to Ghana yourself and brutally murder 15 children, while making sure their skulls are completey intact, this shouldn't be too hard since half of them are already dead.
Now you must hire the work of a group of French mercenaries called "The Wild Geese" which usually situate themselves on the Swiss border in the province of Savoy. Once you have hired these fine hardy men ask them to attack random Italian villages in the Aosta Valley for no reason at all, after that harvest the blood of the dead civilians. The reason why you need these certain people to do it in this certain place is because people in the Aosta Valley have a special bloodtype which will allow you to solve the puzzle, and the Frenchies are the only ones who know how to harvest it without killing themselves via autoerotic asphyxiation.
Once you have done this I'd recommend hiring some Mexican thugs or something since the FBI is most likely on your case at this point.
Now return home and do a ska dance with the skulls arranged in the shape of Octoganal penis with the Italian blood splattered all over it. Once this is done you may notice the minorities in your town attacking people of other colour, this is because this will start a racewar in your town. Help whatever your skin colour is succeed in the race war and completely genocide the other races. Now, upon returning to your computer you may notice that the puzzle is now complete.
