Why do people treat r34 like it's a bad thing?

I was gulp BRAVE one night, and typed into google "Undertale r34".
I was scarred and I'll never look at Sans the same way again, but for the most part it was pretty well done.
Which begs the question: Why do people bring it up as a counterargument to why the game is good?

Yeah I saw that. There are some other anime cutscene bits of exactly that (during the battle and etc) and I thought it was great. Currently on e621 and found at least 10 pictures to fave and that's in the safe part of the whole. Smartly searching in order of fave count, too. I like what I see.

This is the primary reason I wish e921 was still a thing since it only showed the safe images of e621. Granted the site has a safe tag now, you can never be too certain with the more ambiguous links other users/friends provides.

Imagine something you loved truly. Now imagine it turned into a sex story, art, or toy. That's what most people have in mind.

I'm not into r34 and stumble upon it once in a while. Some are drawn out great, but make me lose a little bit of my happiness about the thing used.

It's quite sad yk ?
Seeing your favorite movie, character, video game character turned into a r34 art.
They made r34 of gnarpy, And it's quite shocking because gnarpy is a minor and they didn't care about it and still made r34 art about it, Imagine how many minor characters turned into a r34 art by those r34 degenerates.
I mean no hate towards r34 artists but still i cannot judge them because they're doing this for money.
