According to the game, Happstablook is Papyrus' headcanon name of one of Napstablooks cousins, who moved away. If we get the mystery key and go to "Happstablook"'s house, we'll find a collection of diaries to find that Alphys has built Happstablook a body, thus causing Happstablook to leave Napstablook on his own. During the fight with Mettaton EX, when you get 10,000 Ratings (or 12,000 if his limbs aren't blown off), Napstablook will call Mettaton, and at the end of the call, Mettaton calls out "No, wait! Bl... H... They already hung up..." Read the quote again. Do you notice he says "Bl..."? That's the first two letters of the nickname Napstablook's cousin gave him. "Blooky" as said in his cousin's diaries. This hints towards the fact that Mettaton is actually Napstablook's cousin, who was given a robotic body by Alphys to achieve his/her dream of becoming a star. Do you get it now? Sorry for the big wall of spoiler. Basically "Happstablook" is Napstablook's cousin, who moved away.

Actually, Mettaton is Happstablook. In Alphy's lab you can find plans to put Happstablook in a new body. The reason why Happsta went missing to Nappsta is because Mettaton never told Napstablook that he left. Also, Mad Dummy and presumably the dummy in the ruins are also Napsta and Happsta's cousin according to Mettaton's diaries.
Also, where does it say that Happsta is female? Or is that just assumed in fanarts and such?
