Sound test

I like messing around with the Undertale game files to find little Gaster easter eggs. I've wanted to get into the "sound test" room (this-- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oaZF3K7QXg). I know you have to hack the game files to get into it, I've done that before. I had assumed you had to have your "Fun" set at 65 to enter (as the video title implies). But, no matter how many times I alter my files, I can't get it. Am I supposed to set my fun to something else to get in, try a different area, or is the encounter just rare..? I cannot find anything through youtube or google.

This is probably the third time I've asked this on here, so sorry for those of you who have read basically the same exact thing from me before.

You have to go to the Water_Redacted (i think that's what it's called????) room and exit it, that'll lead you to the sound test. Unfortunately, i don't know how to get to that room...
