Doesn't mean he couldn't have transported Frisk during the fight.

Flowey spent years doing 'playthroughs' with his power of accessing saves and he's done things like Genocide runs and Pacifist runs, but he never got to get to the Human souls, so why couldn't he leave after just murdering everyone?
