How to reset your file while fighting Flowey

Is there any way to reset your file after you've started the Omega Flowey fight? Just wondering.

You should really finish kil- I mean, fighting Photoshop Flowey before you attempt to save the world again.

Well, the fight is not that hard, you'll get the hang of it, it's trial and error

When you are in the game you are automatically in the neutral route and you have to go through him once atleast.

I know. But do you have to meet Undyne for the kitchen scene before you can defeat Flowey and try the true pacifist ending ?

You can do it before and/or after Flowey. Either is fine.
