Where do i find undyne and Papyrus?

So I beat the game but I didn't get the best ending because I didn't go to Papyru's house after he called about Undyne, me and him hanging out together. Is there anyway I can find Undyne and Papyrus again. (I also once said no when Alphys ask if i want to watch mew mew, with him did that affect anything?) Or do i just have to restart the game and play again?

this depends on what ending you are going for, if you want neutral, youre fine,

if you want pacifist, do this crap
1. go on the date with undyne. Undyne's house is next to napstablooks house, her house looks like a fish.
2. go the the bridge connecting the core to the MTT-Resort store and you will get a call from undyne and Papyrus in snowdin telling you to deliver a letter for her.
3. Deliver Undyne's letter to alphys and go on the date with Alphys
4. Return to Alphys' lab and go into her "bathroom"
5. find all the keys and keyholes in her "bathroom" (4 keyholes, 4 keys, red, blue, yellow, and green)
after you do this, you should be fine and know where to go and be hit in the feels a bunch.

If you want genocide:
1. restart your game
2. kill all the enemies in the Ruins (20 excluding Toriel)
3. kill all enemies in Snowdin (16 or 18, i forgot. excluding Papyrus)
4. kill all enemies in Waterfall (16 or 18, i forgot. excluding Undyne the Undying)
5. kill all enemies in Hotland/CORE (40 combined, excluding Mettaton NEO)
6. Have a bad time with Sans

Sorry if I made it seem like you can spare the bosses... you cant. they must all die for genocide to count. All of them.

Parpyrus's House: You need to go back to his house, simply go back to Snowdin by backtracking to the elevators, than go to the bottom floor and than use the boat to go to Snowdin, go down twice, than head right.

Undyne's House: You can only find Undyne if you find Parpyrus. Simply go to the boat again and go to Waterfall, go up, and go to the right-top entrance.

Also, I'm not sure if saying no affects anything with Alphys.

Eh- I didn't got the call kinda.. what should I do now?

Did you go on the date with Papyrus already? That might be the issue. You have to go to the bridge at the core to trigger the phone call after that's all done. This is also for pacifist, so this won't happen if you killed anything.
