(Possible Spoilers) Help! Can't get into Undyne's House?

So I got the call from Papyrus, saying that I should come to Undyne's house with him, then gave Undyne the water, but when I went back to Undyne's house, Papyrus wasn't there and I can't get in. Did I do something wrong?

You should have his phone number.

Yeah i got it, since he called me about going to Undyne's house :p

He gets your number, but you don't have to have his for him to call you actually.

Are you sure you're at the right house?

You are probably at Napstablook's house. That's not the right one.

Go south once. Then look at your upper left. There should be a pathway there, inside that is Undyne's house. It looks like a Dragon / Fish thingy.

Having same problem, except papyrus waiting at undynes door saying that undyne wont talk to a murderer and stuff. (NOTE : I defeated Flowey so i just used my checkpoint, i already dated papyrus, have his number, am pacifist (lvl1) and poured water on undyne when she fainted...

Check your EXP. IF it's not zero. You killed someone.

Well my EXP is 724 so that’s why she probably won’t talk to me I don’t know how I can continue the game like this is there any other way?
