Undyne Date

So I'm attemting a Pacifist Run on my first time playing Undertale. I was doing everything fine, until I got to Undyne. I poured the water on her, she got up and left, but when I go to her house I get the *(It doesn't seem like anyone's home.) message. I'm really pissed off because I want to play through the Pacifist ending. I hope this wasn't a bug, but otherwise, what the hell?

I'm not entirely sure about that. I went to his house and looked around his room, and I got the call mid-pursuit from him saying "We should really hang out sometime!" And I have no idea how the hell I'm supposed to get back to Snowdin.

Your supposed to talk to him to start the date.
Also if you walk go down from the shop in Waterfall (the one with the turtle). There should be a boat person to take you there if you did indeed got past the Undyne battle.

You could backtrack, but that's boring. However, there's a fast-travel system. Find the Riverperson. S/he can be found near Undyne's house, and near Alphys' lab.

First time playing will always be Neutral first. You can still do all the pacifist requirements, though, it just means you won't have to completely restart the game to do pacifist.

I had no idea what that passage was for pre-battle. This helped so much. ohhhhh...

At least after your normal run.
After that reload your save file to before you fought Asgore and then go back to the Hotel and then you should get a phone call.
