Is Undertale Music Copyrighted?

So I wanted to use some of the great songs featured in Undertale, but I'm not sure if they're copyrighted. I'm pretty sure remixes are allowed, but I'm not sure about the official song. Thanks for the answers!

I'm getting this from an IT law lecture at university.

Copyright is applied automatically to all works unless there is a different licence attached to them. You cannot use it, even if you credit the author. Fair use does not apply. You can only create a remix if it is licensed under creative commons and I've checked and the Undertale album by Toby Fox is not as it clearly says (C) All rights reserved which means you cannot use it. Honestly, I've seen videos of people doing Undertale soundtrack remixes and animations so you will see at the beginning or the end or the description that the video uploader has said "Undertale is made by Toby Fox" and they didn't got copyright striked.

Put the rightful owner in the description of whatever your doing it for (Toby Fox) and you be all good

To be honest, don't worry about it lol, Toby won't strike you. I'd worry a lot more about things like Nintendo.
(also, sorry if this is necroposting, not sure of the rules on Steam)
