What happens if you beat up the dummy before the Mad Dummy Fight?

I'm actually quite curious on what will happen if you beat up the Dummy in the dump before the Mad Dummy fight. I tried to find an answer online, but I couldn't find anything. I don't want to accidentally kill the Dummy if it ruins my pacifist route. Does anybody know?

You punch the dummy.

You feel bad.

But if you are on the "bad run":

You punch the dummy with full force.

Feels good.


Neither actually harm the dummy.
