do you think Sans and Papyrus are? (y'know, aside the fact that they're skeletons...)

In my opinion Sans would be 17 and Papyrus would be 19

Sans is confirmed to be Papyrus' older brother, and considering that he's been around for quite a while (and how he's hinted at being a former scientist), i think he's around 30, maybe a little younger. I always imagined Pap to be 17 or 18.

I believe someone asked Toby Fox on twitter about a japanese translation for the game, and what Papyrus would call Sans. I don't remember the exact word, but Toby mentioned that he would definitely refer to Sans with a word meaning Older Brother.

Oh, was it aniki or something? I read that it does not necessarily mean older brother but is also something you'd call a superior...Japanese is hella complicated.

It was a term used for the person you look up to. Also respect. And mostly used for older brother, but no exclusive to.

Y'see, the overworld sprite for Frisk, Sans and monster kid are the same height, whereas the sprites for adult characters are generally taller. So I figured Sans is a teen but everywhere I look he is portrayed as much older.
And if Papyrus is slightly (maybe only a year or a few months) younger then Sans you could say he's just really lanky..?

Papyrus was born in 95, so, in this year (because we don't know what year is in the game) have 20.

Chara fell down sometime in 200X, and Frisk is the first human Papyrus has ever seen in real life. Don't you think if Papyrus was alive (or as alive as a skeleton can be) around that time, he would've seen the King (who he looks up to so much)'s well-known adopted child?
