Some weird block in hotland

Found this weird 'glass' block on one of the puzzles in hotland. It's next to the conveyor belt, and the blocks only appear for a couple of seconds after steping on them. I feel like this may lead to some sort of secret, but I'm not sure.

Maybe it's nothing, but I wanted to share it with somebody since i couldnt find any mention of it anywhere.

Hmmmm....i think it's there if your movement to other area had failed or something and spawned in other place....not sure.....same thing happens in the undyne area, if you glitch to get on top of where Undyne stands, there are these white blocks that she steps on, for you to not get an advantage by just glitching
