Pokemon Genocide Route?

Are any of you Pokemon fans? I've been playing Pokemon recently, and it's kinda gotten too easy because all the npc's are lower level than me. After doing the genocide run in undertale, it's also too easy. I kinda want a challenge that doesn't involve me killing all my friends, so I started to imagine a pokemon challenge that would be similar to the genocide run in undertale. I brainstormed some of the rules so far:

Choose any starter you'd like (however, it'd be smart to get the water type because it can learn ice moves to defend itself against grass types)

Knock out any pokemon that you see, you cannot catch or run from a single one. This means you'll only have the starter on your team, and eventually they'll be overpowered from all the experience.
Edit: You can catch an HM slave, but you cannot let them battle. Even if you run into a double battle, you can't let them do anything (whenever I get into one, I just use my first pokemon to knock out the HM slave).

You also cannot use repels, but you can avoid the grass as much as you can, yet you should still grind for exp.

You have to kill legendaries too. But you can save your game, knock it out, and then reload to catch it. If you catch it you still cant use it on your team.

I suggest you save often, because if the one starter on your team faints, then you have lost, and have to restart from your last save point (which really gives you the feel of playing Undertale.) If you have an HM slave in your party and the starter faints, then it also counts as a loss, because the HM slave should not be involved in any battles during this.

This is all I have so far, and I'm not sure if these rules are fair/possible, but tell me what you think about them.
Edit: I've started my own playthrough on Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, and it is going very well. I have a Sceptile that is currently one-hitting almost everything it comes in sight with, and I've only had problems with electric/steel type pokemon and an even harder time with the electric type gym because of those magnemites. But I eventually got through and it's going well. I'll update this post as I go along

What about times you need to use Fly? How about Surf/Dive/Waterfall/Whirlpool? Strength? Rock Smash? Rock Climb?
Without having other party members, you cannot complete the game. Simple as that.

you need hm slave (bibarel) and pokemon to balance flaws your starter WILL have on your journey. Hench why my omega ruby/ x game went off with next to no problems (hoenn went off just as planned save for my mega swampert getting dunked by mega galade and mega metagross)

Sololocke sounds like it'd be up your ally, with the allowance of HM slaves.

It's french, because I'm french, and here's my idea to a genocide run for pokemon :

Défi Génocide :
- Ne capturer et ne fuyez aucun pokémon.
- Tuer tout les pokémons pouvant être rencontrés, dresseur ou sauvage, sans exception, sauf les shiny, que vous pouvez tuer ou attraper, et dans ce cas, relâcher et tuer après avoir terminer le défi.
- Défier chaque dresseur et les battre.
- Tuer au moins un pokémon de chaque type et mélange de types sans exception avant de terminer le défi.
- Tuer le boss finale / Battre le dresseur final pour terminer le défi.
- Vous aurez la capacité d'attraper uniquement les pokémon shiny et ayant un niveau de inférieure à 5, que vous devrez également le relâché et le tué après avoir terminé le défi.
- Les pokémons K.O. ne peuvent être régénérés ou soigné avec le centre pokemon, mais qu'à l'aide d'objets...

Conseil :
- Farm l'exp, jusqu'à être au niveau maximum que peut atteindre un pokémon, sachant que tu n'as qu'un ou deux Pokémon normaux, et quelques shiny.
- Gagner énormément d'argent pour acheter les meilleures équipements/Objets possible
- Fais le sur une autre sauvegarde avec un nom bien précis ( pour s'y retrouvé ) tel que : " Genocide ", " Killer "...
